Site Supervisor - Concrete Repair & Waterproofing

Role: Supervise on-site operations for concrete repair and waterproofing projects, ensuring daily tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision of operatives and subcontractors.
• Ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Monitoring progress and reporting to the Site Manager.
• Maintaining accurate site records.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in supervising construction projects, particularly concrete repair and waterproofing.
• Strong knowledge of relevant materials and techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• SSSTS certification.
• Valid CSCS card.
