Site Manager - Concrete Repair & Waterproofing

Role: Manage on-site operations for concrete repair and waterproofing projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Site supervision and coordination of subcontractors.
• Implementation of project plans and schedules.
• Monitoring progress and reporting to the Project Manager.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Material management and quality control.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in site management within the construction industry, particularly concrete repair and waterproofing.
• Strong knowledge of relevant materials and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• SMSTS certification.
• Valid CSCS card.
