Project Manager - Concrete Repair & Waterproofing
Role: Oversee and manage concrete repair and waterproofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Client liaison and contract management.
- Resource allocation and team management.
- Risk assessment and mitigation.
- Quality control and compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically concrete repair and waterproofing.
- Strong understanding of relevant materials and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in construction management or related field.
- Valid CSCS card.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and client management skills.
