Project Manager - Concrete Repair & Waterproofing

Role: Oversee and manage concrete repair and waterproofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.  

Responsibilities:

  • Project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.  
  • Client liaison and contract management.
  • Resource allocation and team management.
  • Risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Quality control and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically concrete repair and waterproofing.
  • Strong understanding of relevant materials and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in construction management or related field.
  • Valid CSCS card.

Personal Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation and client management skills.
