The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to oversee the electrical asset care of our land-based plant and equipment. Your role will include driving continuous improvement projects, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing proactive preventative maintenance. Additionally, you will develop Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules to minimize downtime and support CAPEX projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support electrical systems for freshwater plant and equipment.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives and RCA.
• Develop and manage PPMs to enhance operational efficiency.
• Contribute to and support CAPEX projects to drive growth and performance.
• Adhere to and promote health and safety standards.
